Dave DuBay:  Consultant 

Mr. DuBay has spent the last 14 years in the law enforcement/military market working for the two largest manufacturers of these products Defense Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Armor Holdings, Inc. (1994-2003), and TASER International, Inc. (2003-2006).  While at Defense Technology, he held the position of Director of Research for eight years prior to accepting the role of Director of Marketing in 2001, a position he held until accepting a position with TASER International, Inc. in 2003.  At TASER International, Mr. DuBay was hired as the Vice President of Research and Development for a little over a year before accepting a position as the Chief Strategy Officer for the company prior to his departure in 2006. 

Mr. DuBay has given numerous presentations across the United States on the use and effects of non-lethal weapons to the military, corrections, and law enforcement communities.  He has been featured on the Discovery Channel (The Science of War) and also the History Channel (Non-Lethal Weapons) for his knowledge and experience in this field.  While at Defense Technology, he was responsible for the development and procurement of four Type Classified non-lethal systems by the US Army (M37, M1012, M1013, and M1029).   

Mr. DuBay is an inventor and patent holder in the area of non-lethal systems and has also provided testimony or depositions on cases alleging patent infringement, excessive use of force, personal injury, civil rights violations, and also wrongful death.
